Assumes a devoted fan, one who subscribes and listens primarily to you. On AllDefiant, $3 of every $5 fan subscription reaches the artists that fan actually played, time-proportional (patent pending). Founding Artists earn a further $1/mo for every fan they bring in. If a fan splits listening with other artists, your share scales down accordingly. Spotify comparison assumes ~30 streams per fan per month at ~$0.003/stream.

How do fans pay to stream my music?

Fans subscribe at $5/mo. $3 of that goes to the artists they actually listened to, split by real listening time through our patent-pending payout system. Another $1 goes to the artist who referred that fan, and rolls into the artist pool when nobody referred them. The remaining $1 keeps the platform running. No global pool, no algorithm.
How much do I actually earn per fan?

A devoted fan who only listens to you is $3/mo, plus the $0.75 referrer cut if you brought them in ($1.00 as a Founding Beta Artist). Multi-artist listeners split time-proportionally by actual listen time (patent pending). Unlike Spotify, the pool is not diluted by every other artist on the platform, only the ones this fan actually plays.
Can I split revenue with bandmates, a manager, or a label?

Yes. You can share streaming, album sales, tips, and fan-club revenue with collaborators, band members, a manager, or a label — each at a percentage you both agree to. Invite them from your dashboard; nothing is shared until they accept, and splits only apply to earnings going forward, never to money you've already made. Each person is paid directly to their own account — we don't pool or hold it between you. Merch profit and crypto payments aren't split.
What's the Founding Artist Program?
